David Searns
David Searns is Co-CEO and co-founder of Haley Marketing. For the past 30 years, he and his Co-CEO and spouse, Victoria Kenward, have been on a mission to help level the playing field for small to midsize staffing and recruiting companies, helping thousands of clients drive sales, attract talent, and create more predictable growth.
David is a frequent speaker for groups including the American Staffing Association and Staffing Industry Analysts. With a degree in Information Systems and an MBA from The Wharton School, he is equally comfortable talking high-level growth strategy or rolling up his sleeves to design campaigns and write copy.
Outside of work, David is a self-avowed pickleball junkie, plays beer-league hockey, and is the proud father of three adult children, Becca, Andrew, and Trevor. Building a Sales Growth Engine is his first book.

Victoria Kenward is Co-CEO and co-founder of Haley Marketing, the staffing industry's leading marketing firm. For the past 30 years, she and her Co-CEO and spouse, David Searns, have been on a mission to help level the playing field for small to midsize staffing and recruiting companies.
With a background in information technology, Victoria has long championed the fundamentals that make a business work: strong systems, clear processes, and service clients remember. Together she and David grew Haley Marketing from a two-person startup into an eight-figure firm.
Outside of work, Victoria's proudest role is mom to her three adult children, Becca, Andrew, and Trevor. She is also an adventurer at heart, happiest traveling or outdoors, whether on a bike ride, a hike, the water, or in the gym. Building a Sales Growth Engine is her first book.
